FNF Deathmatch Project [Corrupted]
About the Game
FNF Deathmatch Project [Corrupted] is a Friday Night Funkin’ mod where you face off in rhythm battles against corrupted versions of well-known characters from the FNF universe. You take control of Boyfriend as you clash musically with glitch-infected enemies like Pico, GF, and others, each with remixed songs and custom sprite animations. The tracks are fast and erratic, pushing your reaction time and rhythm consistency across increasingly distorted musical sequences. Visual effects, corrupted backdrops, and altered sound cues create a chaotic atmosphere that forces you to stay focused from start to finish.
🎵 What makes this mod different?
Instead of following the standard Boyfriend-versus-opponent format, this battle centers on Daddy Dearest against Corrupted Boyfriend. That change gives the song a different visual style while keeping the familiar rhythm gameplay from Friday Night Funkin'.
Some notable features include:
- A Corruption-inspired visual theme.
- The original Deathmatch song.
- Animated character sprites during the music battle.
- A difficult note chart that suits experienced FNF fans.
- A demo focused on one major musical showdown.
🦠 The Corruption setting
The mod follows the fan-created Corruption storyline where a mysterious corruption spreads across the Friday Night Funkin' universe and transforms characters into corrupted versions of themselves. In Deathmatch Project, Corrupted Boyfriend becomes the central opponent while Daddy Dearest stands against him during the musical battle. The project takes inspiration from PhantomFear's Corruption series instead of the official Friday Night Funkin' story.
