Sonic 1337 is a custom ROM hack of the original Sonic the Hedgehog that gives you control of a modified version of Sonic with exaggerated speed and physics that push the limits of each stage. You race through levels like Green Hill Zone with increased momentum, unconventional movement patterns, and altered animations that make the gameplay unpredictable and harder to control. The design focuses less on precision platforming and more on testing how far Sonic’s mechanics can be stretched, turning standard sections into chaotic runs.
