Pokemon Greninja-Z is a fan-made ROM hack based on Pokémon FireRed for the Game Boy Advance. The project was created by Aarav and features a completely original adventure in the Avlar Region. It includes Pokémon from multiple generations, Mega Evolution, and several gameplay improvements while using the FireRed engine.

The game does not follow the original Kanto storyline. Instead, it presents a brand-new journey with its own characters and locations.

Your adventure takes place in the Avlar Region, a custom region created specifically for this ROM hack.

During your journey, you will:

• Explore original towns and routes
• Challenge Gym Leaders
• Battle a new villainous team
• Meet new characters
• Work toward becoming the Pokémon League Champion

The storyline is unique to Pokemon Greninja-Z and is separate from Pokémon FireRed.

Pokemon Greninja-Z expands the available Pokémon far beyond the original FireRed Pokédex.

According to the project features, the hack includes Pokémon from later generations, giving you many more options when building your team.

This makes it possible to use species that were not available in the original Game Boy Advance release.
