You control Boyfriend as you match arrow patterns across original tracks filled with distortion effects, digital static, and unpredictable timing changes that match Implasta's unstable behavior. Each round takes place in a dark, fragmented environment that reflects the character's corrupted nature. The music includes unique compositions not found in the base game, and difficulty ramps up with each new phase of the battle.
