Sprunki Phase 4.5 is a fractured version of Incredibox that moves away from structured rhythms. This phase replaces clean beats with distorted loops, fragmented harmonies, and mechanical drones. The background is stained in deep red, with impaled swords and lifeless figures standing against the broken landscape.

Characters in this phase appear warped, stitched, and drained of humanity. Their eyes lack life, their mouths are either torn or removed, and some have been fused with mechanical implants. The soundscape mirrors their design, introducing glitchy percussion, corrupted synth tones, and voices that break apart mid-note. The selection icons at the bottom hint at further decay, with some displaying fractured screens, blood-streaked figures, and distorted symbols.
