Pokemon Cerulean Aquarium is a short Pokémon Emerald-based GBA ROM hack created for the Team Aqua Rom Hacking Competition. It runs on the original Pokémon Emerald engine and focuses on a single themed mission inside a large aquarium. You explore the area, confront an evil team, and restore order. The scope stays compact. The structure stays simple.
The performance stays smooth. Battles follow standard Gen 3 mechanics. You use familiar Emerald systems without modern battle changes. That makes it easy to understand if you already know Emerald.
