Sonic the Hedgehog 4 Episode I is a 2010 side-scrolling platformer video game developed by Sonic Team and Dimps. The game is part of the Sonic the Hedgehog series, and is the first installment of the Sonic 4 storyline. The game features classic 2D graphics and gameplay, and is set after the events of the original Sonic the Hedgehog games. Players control Sonic as he runs, jumps, and spins his way through various zones, collecting rings and defeating enemies.
