Sonic Generations 2

The fastest speedster on the planet has made a comeback to the website, this time with a brand new game for the audience! Welcome to Sonic Generations 2, where a new power can create "time holes"! This hole lets people travel to the past, which is exactly what Sonic and his friends are about to do.

You have the option to invite some of your friends and build a strong and powerful team to defeat your enemies. The vortex has trapped all your friends, so figure out who is the mastermind behind this evil plan and defeat him.

🌀 A Different Journey Through Familiar Zones

Instead of using the original Sonic the Hedgehog stage layouts, this game redesigns the adventure with areas inspired by Sonic Generations.

Throughout the game, you will:

• Travel through redesigned stages.
• Collect Rings.
• Defeat Badniks.
• Discover alternate routes.
• Battle Dr. Robotnik.
• Complete Special Stages to earn Chaos Emeralds.

Although the objective remains the same as the original game, the layouts differ enough that previous knowledge of the Genesis version will not always help.

👀 Playing Through the Hack

The redesigned stages were the first thing I noticed. I already knew the original Sonic the Hedgehog quite well, but I still had to explore carefully because many familiar routes had changed. The updated visuals also help the hack stand apart without changing the classic movement physics that make the original game enjoyable.
