The hack was created by a fan named Cinossu in 2011 and features the addition of the character OmoChao, who acts as a guide for the player throughout the game.

OmoChao is a character from the Sonic the Hedgehog series who first appeared in the game Sonic Adventure 2 as an artificial intelligence guide. In this edition OmoChao appears in various stages of the game, providing helpful hints and tips to the player. The hack also includes a new level called "OmoChao's Training Room," which serves as a tutorial for players new to the game.
