About the Game
Pokémon Emerald Dreams is a GBA ROM hack of Pokémon Emerald created by LinkAndZelda. It was first released in 2017 as a prequel within the Liquid Crystal timeline. We decided to feature this version, where Hoenn is completely remapped with new dialogue, music, and secrets. The hack takes the classic Emerald framework but rebuilds it with original writing, updated difficulty, and custom assets. It provides a new perspective on the region while still allowing you to explore gyms, caves, and routes that feel familiar yet distinct.
