Sonic 2 Emerald Safari

Sonic 2 Emerald Safari is a classic Sonic platform game based on Sonic the Hedgehog 2. This game changes how Chaos Emerald rewards work during your adventure. Every emerald unlocks useful upgrades instead of saving all rewards for the ending. Your progress becomes more rewarding from the early zones to the final battle against Dr. Robotnik.

You still run through famous stages like Emerald Hill Zone and Chemical Plant Zone with the original Genesis gameplay style. The movement system stays close to classic Sonic 2 physics. The major difference comes from the emerald progression system. We know people love playing retro Sonic games on our website. That's why we decided to include this popular game here.
