Sonic 2 Retro Remix

Sonic 2 Retro Remix is a fan-made game of Sonic the Hedgehog 2 that gives you the freedom to explore new mission-based objectives across redesigned zones. You control Sonic through non-linear levels with multiple routes, hidden areas, and a level-up system that rewards exploration and skill. Each zone now includes missions like time trials, collecting rings, or locating keys to unlock the exit. The game introduces a hub world where you can choose stages and track your progress. It also retains the core mechanics of spin-dashing and speed while introducing new gameplay layers true to its retro roots.
