You explore the familiar Kanto region, but one small change shifts your entire journey. Blue’s Raticate never disappears. You notice this detail early in your run, especially if you have played the original version before. I tested this hack for a few hours, and the difference shows up during rival battles more than anything else. Your strategy changes, since Raticate stays a consistent threat across encounters.
