Silver Sonic in Sonic 1 is a fan-made ROM hack of Sonic the Hedgehog for the Sega Genesis. The hack modifies the appearance of Sonic and replaces his standard blue palette with a silver-colored design inspired by Silver Sonic, one of the robotic Sonic models that appeared in early Sonic games. The project keeps the original adventure intact and focuses primarily on visual changes rather than gameplay modifications.
If you are familiar with the original Sonic the Hedgehog, you will find the same stages, enemies, and objectives, but Sonic's appearance is noticeably different throughout the journey.

This ROM hack takes inspiration from the silver robotic appearance and applies a similar color scheme to Sonic within the original Sonic the Hedgehog adventure.
