This hack version of pokemon comes with plenty of new features, like you get the option to begin your journey in a Safari! You’ll be provided with limited Safari balls, so we advise you to use them wisely, since they will help you capture all the Pokemons.

🔍 What Makes Ultra Violet Different?

Based on Pokémon FireRed
Original Kanto storyline
Expanded Pokémon availability
Catch Pokémon that were previously version-exclusive
Obtain all three Kanto starters
Additional in-game events
National Pokédex-focused gameplay
Fan-made Game Boy Advance game

🌎 Return to the Kanto Region

The main story follows the same journey found in Pokémon FireRed.

You begin in Pallet Town and travel across Kanto while collecting Gym Badges, defeating the Elite Four, and stopping the activities of Team Rocket.

Fans of the original game will recognize locations such as:

Viridian City
Pewter City
Cerulean City
Lavender Town
Saffron City
Cinnabar Island

The overall progression remains faithful to FireRed.

🐾 More Pokémon to Catch

One of the biggest goals of Ultra Violet is reducing the need for trading.

In the original Pokémon games, several Pokémon could only be obtained through version exclusives, special events, or trades. Ultra Violet modifies these restrictions and makes many additional Pokémon available through normal gameplay.

This makes completing a larger portion of the Pokédex possible within a single save file.

🌱 Access to Multiple Starters

Another notable feature involves the starter Pokémon.

Rather than limiting your journey to only one starter, Ultra Violet includes methods that allow you to obtain:

Bulbasaur
Charmander
Squirtle

This gives you more flexibility when building a team.

🏆 A Strong Choice for Pokédex Collectors

Many games focus on new regions or original stories.

Ultra Violet takes a different approach. The focus stays on improving accessibility within the existing FireRed framework. Collectors often appreciate the ability to obtain Pokémon that would normally require multiple game versions.

Because of this design philosophy, the game remains popular among fans who enjoy catching and training a wide variety of Pokémon.
